Money Back Guaranteed !!!

A year ago, I rented web space from a company in the internet (I dont' know their mailing address). The company advertised that it's "90 days money back guaranteed". Soon after I rented the web space, I found out they didn't have what I needed, so I emailed them and asked to terminate my contract and to give my money back (they already charged my credit card). They responded that I got to wait exactly 90 days before I can get my money back. At the 90th day, I reminded them for my termination and money back. They led me in circles with many lenghty procedures to terminate. It took months that I went in circles with their istructions. Finally I warned them if they didn't credit my card my money I would pursuit a legal action. They then asked me my account info, and finally they said that I wasn't in their database, and they ignored all of my emails after that. Notice that all of these information exchanges were done via emails and I still have their emails.

The money they owed me is only $250. My question is what can I do to get my money back now. Thank you for the advice even if I cannot get the money back.
