Non-Disclosure Form

I need to know which form would protect me with a Cosmetic manufacturer on any formula we come up with and with any kowledge I may impart to this person or Company on the specific product that I would like for them to make for me. I am specifically

interested at this time for someone who can develope a Natural non-toxic Eye Care product.

Consult a patent lawyer in person. The cosmetic manufacturers aren't interested in unsolicited ideas. If you have a formula for a new cosmetic product, patent it. Be aware that the FDA requires very expensive safety testing of most new cosmetics, unless you use only ingredients that are on the GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) List.
