Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Retail store providing toilet facilities for customers
are retail stablishments obliged by law to provide
toilet facilities to customers?? the business owner
prohibits access to the restroom to the public. this has caused my children (3 & 7) to soil themselves
(they dont tell me until they 'have' to go). The first couple of times it was 'under repair' later on they (employees) told me owner wants restoom access to customers denied.
