Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Return Policy for services not used
I recently purchased a tanning package and used only 2 of 20 sessions. After
using two I did not like the results of this tanning place. I asked for refund for
the remaining 18 sessions but was told there is a no return policy. Do I have
any legal rights in getting my money back for the remaining sessions because
I am not a completely satisfied customer?

Probably you signed a contract. What does it say? Did you read it before you signed?
Re: Return Policy for services not used
Take a look at the contract and see if it has a "no-transfer" clause. If not, you might be able to sell the remaining sessions to someone else. More than likely you won't get a refund, though.
