Searching for help with shop's that don't do what's right

I need help locating an attorney in the LosAngeles, ca area because I have a semi truck that had work done to it and the job wasn't done right the first time and I had to pay for it to be worked on again and yet the job that was done the first time caused for my semi to be in the shop three time's, so I was over charged and lost time and money for the fact that it was in the shop, I need to know what to do and how to do it.
