When is a vehicle repossession complete
If a repossessor enters private property to reposses a vehicle, is the repossession complete when the tow truck driver has control of the vehicle, or must he have exited the private property for the repossession to be complete.

Re: When is a vehicle repossession complete
Generally, once a tow truck has "control" of the vehicle during a repossession, there is not much you can do about it. While a "repossessor" cannot enter dwellings, garages, etc., they can generally enter onto private property to gain control of a vehicle.
