how to avoid going to court with creditor

i am being sued by a creditor i contacted a dispute resolution program to help me with my case they contacted the attorney who is sueing me they offered a payment plan that i can make of 150 dollars a month they presented it to there client and they turn it down i need help with what i should do next how i can set up a payment without going to court
