When does a civil judgment expire without renewal? I know that it is 10 years, but 10 years from what date? Judgment date? or judgement date + appeals time? or 10 years from the last issued writ of execution?\n\nThanks

It must be renewed within 10 years of the date of the entry of the judgment.
