How can I collect payment from Hoas who is not willing to pay.

If you are not paid after a demand letter, a lawsuit should be filed. If the amount is $7,500 or less, you should file in small claims court. I would be happy to review your correspondence and answer any other questions you might have. Do you know a reason why you were not paid?
