credit card debt

i no longer can pay my credit card debt. my home is financed for more than it is worth. i have an old car. what can the credit card companies do to me if i stop paying? i make $30k year. houe payment over $1200 mo. i cannot even aford bankruptcy attorney.

You might speak with bankruptcy attorneys in or near Santa Rosa, since that's where a bankruptcy hearing would be. If you were to ignore the creditors and not do anything, they likely could obtain judgments against you and then levy your wages -- the last thing that you need. Feel free to e-mail me.
