I defaulted on an auto loan the contract was sign on 4/15/2006, can I still be sued for breach of contract? Is there a statue of limitations?

There is a statute of limitations, but it runs from the date of default, not the date of the contract. Generally the limitations on a debt is 4-years from the date of default. There are things that can extend that date, however. The only way to know the exact date the statute of limitations would run out would be to have an attorney go over all the facts and details of the case.
