How can find out if a judgment was made against me. Why I was not served with the notice of a ganishment they still call me

You can check online at the superior court in your county. Perhaps there's a names index. If not, you can go to the local courthouse and run a computer search. Sometimes, judgment creditors might confuse two people with similar names. Time is of the essence to take action to reverse a judgment, if any, so don't wait to check it out.
