Judgement

i recently went to court on claim of exemption on a 10 yr old debt.The creditor had obtained a judgment on me 10yrs ago and recently started to try to collect in 2000.First they tried to garnish wages but i filed a claim of exemption and they didn't file a notice of opposition so i got my money back from levying officer,second they levyed my bank acct and i filed a claim of exempt .We went to court judge granted them the money.Then the sent a letter to garnish wages. I filed claim of exempt.We had court.Judge granted it to me .Failure to file notice of opposition. Now i know they are going to attempt again.Judge said i need to get this vacated.How? Judgment up in aug.What do i file.Please help.

When you say "judgment up in August" do you mean that the judgment has been issued 10 years ago? You should know that judgments can be renewed after the 10 year initial period of validity. The only other way is to get relief from the default, but what grounds do you have? Were you served?
