Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

i have a judgment on a civil case in tx., i'm in CA, I have a guy that will be helping out with an attorney back there and they are requesting a POA, my question is what type do i need? I know I want it to be case specific only but after looking at www.findlegalforms.com i'm not sure which one to pick, can you direct me please?

I would suggest that you do not use any generic legal-form website. The attorney back in Texas should prepare and forward to you the correct power of attorney form. There is absolutely no way someone on this forum can tell you which of the generic forms on any site to use without knowing exactly what the attorney in Texas is doing for you, the scope of the POA you want or need to give them - it is just not as simple as picking a form and signing it.
