I have a judgment against me. If I die could this person go after the beneficiary of my life insurance policy for the proceeds.

When you die, the proceeds from the life insurance would belong exclusively to the beneficiary. The proceeds do not belong to your estate (assuming that you named a person as your beneficiary, rather than your estate). To satisfy the judgment, the creditor could attempt to execute on your remaining assets, however -- equity in real property, bank accounts, stocks you own, etc.
