Going out on a Limb!

My ex-husband and I have gotten back together. We have considered getting remarried. The issue is that he has several judgements against him. Can his creditors come after my assets and garnish my wages to collect? What are the alternatives?

If these are debts from when you were first married, they may be community debts. If he incurred them after you were divorced, they are his. You should keep your money separate so they do not attach your bank account.
