what if i don\'t respond on a debt civil case there is a court date set for 6/25/2010

The plaintiff (creditor) will obtain a default judgment against you. It can then levy against your wages, bank accounts, equity in real property, etc. There might be defenses to the lawsuit, including statutes of limitation. It might be worth your while to at least consult with an attorney to weigh your options.
