Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

I signed a payment arrangement stipulation. I defaulted. It was submitted for judgement. However, the judge has denied it because of an error in the paperwork I signed. Do I need to sign a new one, for it to be valid or does the attorney just submit the paperwork with corrections. Now what?

Why would you want to sign another one only to face judgment?! Try to work out a new arrangement with the creditor if feasible, or consider alternatives.
