Small Claims case w/Suspended Corporation
I am owed commissions from a suspended corporation - do I still sue the corporation or the officers who I worked for? Do they have rights of a corporation if suspended?

Re: Small Claims case w/Suspended Corporation
Sue the corporation as well as the officers who ran the company. Suspension generally limits the corporation's right to do business in the State. It does not mean that the corporation ceases to exist. Usually, a corporation is suspended for failing to file tax returns, or failing to file information statements with the State. Those are technical issues, and can easily be resolved, and the corporation's status reactivated.
