Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
288a (c) 1
I was told that this is also known as a ''wobbler'' case that can be reduced and/or expunged, is it true? And if so can ''registration by PC 290'' be terminated? Assuming probation requirements have been met. thanks.

No expungement is possible on 288 conviction [lewd conduct with minor]. 290 registration is for life, unless you get a court to specially remove it - highly unlikely.
