I plede guilty to a 288a in 1976 for a crime that happen in1975 I contend that my case is exactly like people v. rossi,18 Cal.3d295[Crim.N19192Nov 10,1976 a 288a in 1976 was no longer a crime I am talking about expost facto when I was sentence oral copulation was no longer a crime I contend that I do not have to register as a sex offender rossi shows that beniefial change in the law can be retroactively applied in criminal cases no one seems to understand what I am talking about does anyone?????????

Well, you can talk and complain about it, or you can file the appropriate motions with the issuing court to see if you can convince a judge to remove the requirement. Feel free to contact me if serious about doing so.

It is not simple as just not doing something the law requires. You would have to file a formal motion, requesting relief.
