11357b from past

I had a possession from 2002 is it still on record pled no contest also paid fine no re occuring arrests.

If you received and completed treatment program -

DEJ or Prop. 36 - the conviction should not be on your record. Also, this is a marijuana conviction which means the arrest records should have been destroyed after two years. As the last resort, there is expungement.

You need to petition the court where you were convicted. You can do it yourself and hire an attorney.
