my girlfrfiend was 13 when i was 16 and weve been together sincec then, im now 18 and shes 15, we had sexual intercourse once and her parents charged me with a 261.5c. Her parents are abusive and i bought her a phone in case of emergencies. The phone was recently taken away. I have a court date already and i was wondering what affect her having the phone might have.

You need to retain an attorney immediately. You are being charged with having unlawful sex with a minor more than 3 years younger than you. This may be charged as either a felony or a misdemeanor. Also do not discuss this matter with anyone but your attorney.

None, at least none good for you. You face prison time, and you're worrying about her phone and trying to stay in contact with her?
