Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
12020(a)(4), carrying a dagger
I am charged with a criminal misdemeanor 12020, carrying a dirk and dagger. I am looking to hire an attorney and would like to know beforehand approximately how much attorney fee I should be expecting.
Thank you.

Thank you for your inquiry, and the opportunity to serve you by answering your question.
Unfortunately, there's no simple answer to that question, since fees are often set based on how complicated a case is, where the case is located, the absence or presence of priors, and the amount of witnesses, facts, or the prosecutions policy regarding cases with your fact patterns or charges.
If you would like to go into details and would like a more in depth discussion, along with a price quote, feel free to email me directly at [email protected]. It's my pleasure to assist you in any way that I can, and thanks again.

You will not likely get a comparison shopping quote here from any attorney, it would be quite improper. The fees are determined by the charges, and what you want to accomplish. If you want to get a quick plea bargain, one price. If you want to go to trial, a higher price. Feel free to contact me to discuss your interests, if the case is in SoCal.
