If convicted and sentenced, you'll get the same penalty as all the others involved in the crime, under the 'conspiracy' rules. If you don't know how to represent yourself effectively against an experienced prosecutor intending to convict, then hire an attorney who does, who will try to get a dismissal, charge reduction, diversion, programs, or other decent outcome through motions, plea bargain, or take it to trial if appropriate. If serious about hiring counsel to help in this, and if this is in SoCal courts, feel free to contact me. Ill be happy to help fight this and get the best outcome possible, using whatever defenses there may be.
You say you were charged. You don't say you were convicted. If you are not convicted you will never be sentenced. What you need is a good lawyer. If you cannot afford a lawyer the court will appoint one to represent you. The lawyer will represent you individually and attempt to prove that you are not guilty or that your roll in the offense was minor.
These charges are serious and if you haven' spoken to an adult you should do so immediately--preferably a parent but it could be a teacher, counselor or lawyer.
