Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
If I was 15 when I was charged with an offense listed under wic 707 (b) and recieved an adult conviction. Can it be used against me as a strike peior for sentence enhancements?

Any adult conviction can be a 'prior'. If it was a felony, it can be a 'strike'.
