By definition, you are facing potential jail time. Whether you get time depends on the facts and what your attorney can negotiate as a 'deal', or, if you go to trial and lose, the judge will sentence you to the specified 'determinate' amount of time under the law.

Your question, which is "does these specific 2 counts mean for me since it looks like I'll be charged for a miseamenor on both counts????", is a little confusing for me (and not just because of the four question marks). It means that you've been charged with two crimes, as misdemeanors. Do you mean to ask what your potential sentence is, as far as the minimums and maximums?

Both charges carry up to 1 year in jail, or two years total, unless the charges are lesser included offense of each other.

No one can promise you at this stage that there will be no jail time, but your best chances of avoiding jail is with an experienced attorney.
