I would hire an attorney to put you on the court calendar to handle the outstanding warrants. I would do this soon. It is always better to appear before the court on your own instead of getting arrested and having to appear that way. Explain to the court that you did not have the resources to complete the court's requirements. Ask to be reinstated in your programs.

If you need further assistance please feel free to contact me. Best of luck.

In my opinion the best way to handle this is to go to court any day at 8 AM and see the clerk to have your case put up. Then tell the judge you're real sorry and you don't have any money. The judge will give you a jail sentence, but this being L.A. County you will probably have to serve only one night in jail due to jail overcrowding; and then this entire matter will be behind you.

Pack your toothbrush, you're facing arrest and jail time, unless you get a good stroke of luck and good legal representation. You will be arrested, jailed without bail, and transported to court[s] if you come in contact with law enforcement for any reason, unless you voluntarily turn yourself in and plead/deal with the warrants and charges. The court[s] are not going to be happy with you ignoring their orders. You'd be well advised to hire an attorney to help you. Feel free to contact me if serious about doing so. I've helped solve many such problems.

At the risk of sounding like a broken record with the other attorneys that have posted answers, the warrants are not going to go away. How you deal with them will matter greatly in what happens to you.

It also depends on the jurisdiction, the judge, if you made any efforts at all to comply, if you've asked for extensions or had a failure to appear, etc.

If you go in yourself, there is a good chance you're going to be taken into custody. If you either go with an attorney or an attorney appears for you to address it before you get caught, you're in a much better position to get reinstated and avoid jail.
