I was arrested for violating CA penal code section 647(f) and spent 7 hours at the jail at the San jose Police dept Station. I need to appear at court in marz 19 in Courthouse on San jose

I had this problem 4 years ago what is going happen when i go see the judge..what do you recomemded...I have my full time job and aldo I am paying every month child ssuport..I do no want to go jail ans spent time there because is waisting time and I need to work

Sorry. Do the crime, do the time. Hire an attorney to try to keep you out of jail. You could show the judge some good faith by enrolling in a legitimate AA and other alcohol program, before going to court.
