Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

In 2006 my house was raided and there was some stuff taken from my home including $800.00 from my purse. After my case was over I got practically everything back that was listed in the inventory sheet and tagged. But I did not get my money. I am now off probation and I would like to know if I can get that money back. I have no restitution fees to pay. I really need that money back or applied towards what I owe on probation. I am going to request to exponge my record but I need to pay the remainder of what I owe for probation or maybe the court could apply my money that the police took towards what I owe. Is this possible?? Please help.

Was the money inventoried or used as evidence? Were you charged and convicted or acquited? Did you ask your defense attorney? Contact me directly at 619 222-3504 or e-mail me at [email protected]
