#244 PC Battery pepper spray
I recd. ticket for #244 pepper spray, I never use on a person
but gave a warning to stay away. Why would I get a ticket.
The person call police said it was spray on a 14 year old girl.

Simple: You were charged because someone said you violated the law. You should consider hiring an attorney to defend you, since you aren't experienced in the law.
