Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

while at work, from my cell phone I called a woman, who's adult son he was at one time friends with my daughter. Continues to come to my home, he calls my home all hrs of the night, he has stolen from me. I have report this to the police. I told this woman that I was going to buy a gun and the next time I caught her son in my home I would use it. She complained to my employer who is now doing a criminal and administrative investigation of me. Please help me

You should hire an attorney to try to straighten out your alleged 'misconduct' or in the alternative to negotiate your employment resignation with a clean record, so you can seek work elsewhere. If this goes to criminal charges, you'll definitely need counsel, since such threats can be charged as state and federal felonies.
