You need to retain an attorney to represent you immediately. Miranda rights are required only when you are being questioned. As to entrapment there is nothing in your statement of facts to indicate that law enforcement did anything to encourage you to commit a criminal act. Also do not discuss this matter with anyone except an attorney.

A peace officer should understand the employment consequences of an 11550 commitment, as well as the assault and battery / domestic violence charges that appear to be threatened. Regardless of what you are, defense of the allegations against you need to be properly handled. Feel free to contact me if you get serious about your rights and your freedom, if the case is in SoCal.
