Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
in 1992 i plead guilty to a charge of hs11358
I successfully petitioned the court to dismiss the felony conviction ,and substitute the lessor misdemeanor charges of hs11359 and 11357(c),then expunge them from my record, july 25th 2008.My question is ,does this reinstate my firearm possession rights?,and if not ,how can i get them re-instated?

No it does not. It says so right on your expungement paperwork. Your only option is to file an appropriate motion and application with the court, with sufficient documents grounds and evidence to convince the judge that he should do so in the interests of justice. No guarantees. Feel free to contact me if serious about doing so.
