Jail. Unless your attorney can convince and persuade the DA and court to allow a plea bargain reducing it, you face mandatory jail time in addition to all the other expected penalties and programs. You'll have to voluntarily turn yourself into court through your attorney. He can then request they withdraw the arrest warrant on you rather than take you into custody, and then try to negotiate and plea bargain the case like should have been done in the beginning. You need to deal with the warrant as soon as absolutely possible. The longer you wait the more of a problem you will have on your hands. The best thing for you to do would be to retain a lawyer to negotiate the terms of your surrender before you appear in court. Alternatively, you can appear yourself and ask a public defender to represent you. Have a bondsman lined up to bail you out if the judge sets bail due to your failure to appear. The longer you wait to deal with this matter, the higher the bail is likely to be.

In addition, you need a lawyer to try to beat your DUI. I presume you are talking about your third DUI in the last 10 years which would still most likely be a misdemeanor but certainly no picnic as you would undoubtedly be facing strong possibility of jail time.

You need to come to court and face the music. Bring a lawyer with you and odds are you'll get to leave by the front entrance.
