1995 residentual burglary
i was sentenced to 4 years prison and recieved a strike. and a mistomeanor in 2000, but have been clean driven ever since. Can this be exponged?

In California, a conviction where State Prison was rhe result, cannot be expunged. You need to cinsider a Certificate of Rehabilitation, which may be available to you. Contact my office and we can discuss this option. David Wallin at www.wallinlaw.com

No. Convictions with any prison sentenced are not eligible.
