Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Im in my 30s . when i was a minor the first time i was arrested the police found meth on me. I was pulled over for not riding my bike with a light. The police officer never asked me to search me he new took a chance that i wouldnt envoke my rights. My question is can anything be done about that even thou its been this long,. I was also arrested by the same officer when i turned 18 and he would always brag and joke about that to his fellow cops. Then it was nothing but harrasment from then on til i finally moved away. My point is he kind of helped mess my life up by doing that.

It is way beyond any time frame to complain or do anything about what happened.
What happened is now past history. However, juvenile records can be sealed and adult convictions can generally be 'expunged' from your record. If serious about hiring counsel to help in this, feel free to contact me. Ill be happy to help fight and get the best outcome possible.
