robbery/assault/vandelism

this was a bitter girlfriend assault minor a slap a shake vandelism her vehicle true but robbery is a lie what type of time is he looking at or how should he plead she has a witness the man she was cheating with regarding the assault

First offense status is only important re: sentence imposed and/or plea negotiations.

It is imperitive to have the actor represented by counsel ASAP, yes , even pre-filing...domestic violence cases are extrordinarily serious, and taken so by the DA and Court.

Any of your mentioned crimes have serious direct and colateral consequences ( vandalism causes a loss of CDL) (robbery is a strike) DV crimes have mandatory sentences and terms o fprobation...all are very complex and need to be discussed with the attorney.
