4th rights violated covered up by falsifying police report
I was illegallty detained during a probation search of another person. i lived on the same property. My quarters were searched with a total disregard for my rights. The police report was written from pure fiction to cover up the illegal detension and rights violations I was arrested for 3 g of meth found in the RV I was renting and had complete dominion and control

You will need to file a suppression motion, get a retained attorney, otherwise the PD's may have you plead. Call me directly at 16192223504.

I would highly advise you to hire an attorney because by the way it sounds in your email your rights were violated like you said. If you don�t hire an attorney then the police will forward this case to the D.A and they will go forward with the legal proceedings. Contact our law office at 760.243.5121
