Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
19 year old daughter arrested for statutory rape offenses (4 felonies) due to consensual relationship with 15 y/o girl when daughter was 18. Parents pushed DA to file felony charges. No priors. Both girls students. She is in county jail now waiting arraignment. We are wondering what kind of sentence she may be up against. Thank you.
