Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My 18 year old pled guilty last year to burglary. He went through a court appointed juvenile program and was released last month. However, he is now facing a size able restitution , one in which he can't pay, as he is just starting college and has a part time, minimum wage job. What are his best options in this situation?
Thank you.
