Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My 20 year old spit on a paramedic because he was mimicking,taunting and me. I spit on him. What attorney should I hire.

Hire an attorney to do what? You gave no information.
If you have been charged with assaulting the paramedic, or something like that, then you need to hire an experienced criminal defense attorney. The courts and prosecutors take such charges seriously.
If you are indigent and have no money, you may qualify for appointment of the Public Defender. That would be done at your first court appearance, arraignment, by asking the judge to do so.
