Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
being accuse of grand theft and personal property
I am being accused of being part of professional ring of thiefs of 15 people. I used to work in a lawfirm and the attorney was commingling clients money with his personal acct. Now they accused me of taking 3,931 and in all 150,000grand that was taken from the so called ring. This is untrue they would pay us with personal check and we would not get paystub. I have a tape where wife of attorney threatens to put me in jail if Me and another accused dont return money, she calls me racist remarks and says she will not stop until I am destroyed. I now have a warrant for my arrest for this. Please advise I need urgent help. I did not do what I am being accused it's all a cover up for the attorney and wife. I did not participate in any wrong doing. The wife wanted me to continue working in lawfirm and I refused and then she said I took money too.

As attorney Bravos said, call a lawyer in your locality right away. And make a copy of all tapes and other evidence you might have, and give it to someone you trust for safekeeping.

Don't know what to do ?! Hire an attorney unless you are resigned to the thought of prison. He'll need to defend you with all the facts, evidence, and witnesses you can get. Feel free to contact me if you get serious about this, if the case is in SoCal.
