being acused of forgery
I work for papa johns pizza and i delivered a pizza.The costomer said he dident give me a four dollar tip he said i changed the amount from $2.00 to four and forged his name.the cop wants me too come in to the station and do a handwriting analisis.To prove I am inicent by tuesday.If I dont call him he said they will put out a arest wareent. should i take the test or am I making a mistake.do i have a rite to refuse this test will this make me look more guilty?alot of hassel over $2.00.I guess the company tried too make it up to him but he wants to prosucute over $2.00 Tip. I have a clean record and never had anything like this in my life.I dont want to spend big money for a attorney over a small insodent. if i dont have to but i feal my rites are being vialated!

Do not go to the police station. Do not say anything to the police. Do not take a handwriting test. DO NOT GO TO THE POLICE STATION. DO NOT SAY ANYTHING TO THE POLICE. DO NOT TAKE A HANDWRITING TEST. If you meet a policeman, tell him you have nothing to say, and you want to call your lawyer.

Exercise your 5th Amendment right to SHUT UP. Hire an attorney, do not speak to police or investigators without one.

You do not want a forgery charge that is for sure. I can't imagine this even going to court. I would try to have it dismissed in the interest of justice. Contact me directly.
