Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Need advice about statutory rape charges.

I need help because I have never been in trouble by the law before. Tonight I was arrested and charged with Statitory rape by a girl I was dating. Im out on bail and I need help as to clear my name and convince the jury that I myself am innocent. Is there anything I can tell to my attourney that would be sufficient enough?

Yes, there are many ways of defending a statutory rape charge. To start, we would look at all the legal procudes and determine if there were any mistakes made by the arresting and booking officers. Please give us a call immediatly at 1-866-You-Are-Innocent so that we can begin working on getting your case dismissed as soon as possible.
