Prison time, how much depends upon the actual charge[s] brought, strikes, priors, evidence, witnesses, facts, defenses, etc, etc. Feel free to contact me if serious about hiring counsel to represent and defend you in this.

It is really hard to tell you what you face in a criminal proceeding without knowing more. You should consult a criminal defense attorney about this matter.

This is a very serious charge which could result in three years or more in state prison. This is not something you should face and deal with without a lawyer. If you cannot afford private counsel, a public defender will be appointed to represent you.

Feel free to contact me if you are looking to hire a lawyer in Southern California.

Depending on the actual charges (a prosecutor can change the charges at anytime) you could face no time with a dismissal, to several years, to longer if a weapon were involved. You should call my office at your earliest convenience if you would like to discuss this further.
