Aiding and abetting - traveling with subject of warrant?
If a person were to travel into another state with someone who's had a warrant issued, would this companion be seen as aiding and abetting the individual to escape the warrant?

If the authorities could prove the person knew about it, yes, it ithe crime is called harboring a fugitive.
