Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Pc f496(a)

In 2005 I was arrested for PC484G, and charged with PC530.5(A), and PC F496(A). on 11/30/05 I took a deal with the DA and plead guilty to PC F496(A),120 days(CT on work release) 3 years formal probation, with a stipulation to have the Felony reduced to a Misd. upon completion of Probation 11/29/2008. On 04/27/06 I was arrested by my P.O for VOP by not reporting for work release, at my ''in-custody'' arraignment, the DA continued the matter and said I was listed in 2 additional police reports as a suspect. After going to court 4 times, on 06/14/06 the DA requested I return on 6/27/06 when additional charges will/have been filed. What can I do to obtain information on these ''new charges'' and what should I expect on 6/27? Thanks for any and all help, its greatly appreciated.

What to expect? New charges and/or VOP charge's, which you will learn about on court day, not before, unless you get an attorney to contact the DA and convince him to disclose before the hearing. Prior knowledge isn't that important unless you were considering 'running', which would be foolish. Contact me if interested in hiring counsel to defend you.
