You need to look into hiring an attorney Al. This allegations are very very harsh and come with harsh penalties.

You should see a doctor and get checked out.
You need to see a doctor AND speak to a qualified attorney in or near your area NOW. You should also know that you should speak to this woman again or anyone else about these facts. Except your attorney. You have a right to remain silent....USE IT. Do not speak to law enforcement. I wish you well........... David Wallin
If you are saying she is reporting or threatening to report a rape, then you face charges that could put in jail/prison, and most police and prosecutors will happily tell you that 95% of people convict themselves by trying to be 'helpful and cooperative'. If it is not already too late, I advise you to exercise 5th Amendment rights to SHUT UP and call a lawyer, as every cop show on TV correctly teaches.
Unless you know how to effectively represent yourself in court, hire an attorney who does. If serious about hiring counsel to help in this, and if this is in SoCal courts, feel free to contact me. ....
