Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

how to ammend/clarify J & C order?

Having been released from federal prison to a halfway house on 1/6/04 I am currently seeking employment that is in compliance with my J & C work restrictions. Specifically, I am prohibited from telemarketing, selling investments, writing loans and soliciting funds. My PO is preventing me from selling health club memberships or selling new cars, claiming that these jobs would be ''soliciting funds.'' This seems to me to be far from the Judge's intent. How do I attempt to get clarification on this issue and assert my right to work in sales jobs other than those stipulated in the language of the J & C?

By filing an application for court clarification of the restrictions, explaining the situation and proposing language for a new/modified order. You may want an attorney, if so contact me.
